Mock Tests- Parts & Syllabus

There will be 3 parts of the selection process. All the aspirants need to pass the stages one by one. The notification for examinations is released already. And the Mock Test links also. So, it’s the high time to make your preparation compact.

However, let’s talk about the 3 stages of the examination,

  • Part A
    • CBT
    • CBT A
  • Part B
    • CBT B
  • Physical Test

Part A

Two stages are included in the Part A. One is the CBT test and another one is CBT A. Both of the mock tests will be conducted by the Railway Recruitment Board of India. Now, have a look at the stage wise syllabus, full marks, number of questions and duration.

CBT

There will be 75 questions for CBT and the total marks will be 75 also. You have to complete the whole paper within 60 minutes.

CBT A

For CBT A the total number of questions will be 100 and the total marks of the questions will be 100. Duration of 90 minutes will be given to complete the whole paper.

RRB FREE MOCK TEST

Part B

Part B includes only the CBT B examination. If you have applied for the Group D- technicians post then you have to qualify this CBT B mock test. Anyway, have a look at the exam details.

CBT B

There will be 75 questions to complete within 60 minutes. This part is quite easy to qualify. And this part is only for the technicians.

There will be three stage to select technicians. Have a look…

  • The online exam is the first stage
  • The Computer-Based Aptitude test is the second stage
  • And the third stage is Document Verification

PET

The physical efficiency test is one of the important stages of the selection process.  All the male and female candidates have to pass the stage to secure the government job.

Male CandidatesHave to lift and carry a weight of 35 kg for a distance of 100 meters in a duration of 2 minutes in one chance only without putting down the weight
Must be able to run for a distance of 1000 meters in 4 minutes and 15 seconds in one chance only
Female CandidatesHave to lift and carry a weight of 20 kg for a distance of 100 meters in a duration of 2 minutes in one chance only without putting down the weight
Must be able to run for a distance of 1000 meters in 5 minutes and 40 seconds in one chance only
PWD CandidatesNeed to pass the CBT examinations and after passing only a medical examination will be conducted
